CO-OPERATIVE LIVING
What is a Housing Co-op?
A community of people who voluntarily work together to meet their common need for affordable, sustainable housing.
In our housing co-op members live in separate dwellings but actively participate in the management of the co-operative as a whole. We enjoy the many benefits this type of housing offers including secure, long-term tenancy, being actively involved in the management of our housing, access to training and affordable rent.
Co-op membership requires commitment, including attending monthly meetings and participating in various sub-committees that contribute to =everyday running of the co-operative.
How do I apply?
Our co-op has a low turnover of tenancies however we do still accept applications to be placed on our waiting list. Application forms can be downloaded from our Resources Page
